Information Collection When you visit a Site, we will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide such information to us.
If you choose to register to use a Site, and depending on which of the available options you select, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You will also be asked to provide credit card or other payment information and a billing address if you choose to purchase a product or service available on a Site. We store information regarding any searches ("search history") you may make on our Sites for sixty (60) days, after which time we delete such information. How to Update or Change Your Information or Preferences We want your information and preferences to be accurate and complete. Notifications & Opt-Out If you choose to register to use a Site, we will send you a welcome email including information about the Site and your registration.

Log Files As noted above, we automatically and through third-party tracking services (e.g., Google Analytics) gather certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of our Sites and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and related data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, solely to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users' movements around the Site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and to improve our quality of our services. Removing Your Information From Our Databases
Our databases are maintained by third party data vendors that we do not operate or control and we are merely a licensee to the information in their databases. Accordingly, we do not guarantee the accuracy of our search results. Please note that under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., as amended, an individual may opt-out of having certain of their information included in Data if one of these conditions exists: (1) You are a state, local or federal law enforcement officer or public official and your position exposes you to a threat of death or serious bodily harm; or (2) you are a victim of identity theft; or (3) you are at risk of physical harm; or (4) you have evidence the record is incorrect or expunged.
