This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the types of information gathered by us when you visit any of our websites listed at www.cisnationwide.com/websites (each, a "Site"). Although our business and Sites have unique services and offerings, they share a similar privacy philosophy. We follow these privacy principles in our conduct in the collection, use, release and security of customer information both online and offline:

Information Collection When you visit a Site, we will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide such information to us.
If you choose to register to use a Site, and depending on which of the available options you select, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You will also be asked to provide credit card or other payment information and a billing address if you choose to purchase a product or service available on a Site. We use this information as required to provide you with the services you have requested.
We do not directly collect or store any personal financial information provided in connection with your purchase of products or services
We store information regarding any searches ("search history") you may make on our Sites for sixty (60) days, after which time we delete such information. We may access your search history in order to send promotional emails. If you would not like to receive such promotional emails, please see our Notifications & Opt-Out paragraph below.
Please note that all personal financial information required to complete your purchase (such as your credit card number) will be provided to and/or collected by a third party vendor, such as ClickBank, who will process payments and complete transactions.
How to Update or Change Your Information or Preferences We want your information and preferences to be accurate and complete. You may request access to any personal information and preferences that you have provided to us and correct, modify or update such information and/or preferences by sending an email with your request to privacy@cisnationwide.com.
Notifications & Opt-Out If you choose to register to use a Site, we will send you a welcome email including information about the Site and your registration.
We may send you emails notifying you about new or upcoming products or services, news about the Site, information about changing or updating your Site registration information, and changes to the Site's terms of service, and promotional materials and offers from our company as well as from our subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing partners, advertisers and other third parties.
Out of respect for your privacy, if you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each email, or by emailing us at privacy@cisnationwide.com.
We will take reasonable steps to implement your request to opt out. However, please note that due to production and mailing timelines, it may take around six weeks to make the requested change and, until that change takes effect, you may still receive promotional information from us.
Log Files As noted above, we automatically and through third-party tracking services (e.g., Google Analytics) gather certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of our Sites and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and related data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, solely to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users' movements around the Site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and to improve our quality of our services. Out of respect for your privacy, we do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

However, please be advised that while we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches from ever occurring. You transmit information to us at your own risk.
Information Disclosure Legal Disclaimer We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us as provided in greater detail above.
Business Transitions In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, any personally identifiable information we have on record will likely be among the assets transferred. The transferred personally identifiable information will remain subject to the provisions of this privacy policy or any subsequent updated versions.
Children We do not direct our Sites to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of thirteen.
Third Party Websites The Sites may contain links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the activities and practices that take place on these sites. Removing Your Information From Our Databases
Our databases are maintained by third party data vendors that we do not operate or control and we are merely a licensee to the information in their databases. Accordingly, we do not guarantee the accuracy of our search results. Please note that under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., as amended, an individual may opt-out of having certain of their information included in Data if one of these conditions exists: (1) You are a state, local or federal law enforcement officer or public official and your position exposes you to a threat of death or serious bodily harm; or (2) you are a victim of identity theft; or (3) you are at risk of physical harm; or (4) you have evidence the record is incorrect or expunged. 1) A written explanation for the opt out request. Identify the specific location of Your Data on our Website, and where your personal Data is publicly available, identify one of the four conditions You enabling you to opt-out of having your personal Data removed, and describe why such personal Data that is publicly available is inaccurate and harmful.
2) Copy of your current driver's license or state identification (this information is necessary in order for us to authenticate that the request is being made by the individual to whom the information belongs to)
